How long do deliveries take?
Our usual delivery time is within 2 - 3 business days, regional areas tend to have a bit of a delay.

We aim to process and ship orders on the same day they are placed, ensuring a quick delivery experience. However, same-day shipping is subject to the volume of orders received on a given day and cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed after 13:00 on Friday’s, or during weekends and public holidays will typically be processed the next business day.

Please note public holidays may affect delivery times.

What courier company do you use?
Our primary shipping partner is Aramex & PostNet, but we may also use The Courier Guy, Pudo, Skynet, or Fastway to ensure the most efficient delivery for your location.

Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive your tracking number with your shipping confirmation via email once your order has been sent.

What countries do you ship to?
We deliver anywhere in South Africa.

Shipping fees
Our shipping fee is R110.00. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over R1500!

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Jeffrey’s Bay, which is a regional area.
