Please refer to the size chart or last picture to determine your correct size. Order your normal SA size unless we stipulate differently.

Courier Partners 2025

Courier partners used for shipping:
For your convenience, we primarily use The Courier Guy, Aramex and PostNet for our delivery needs. Occasionally, we may also utilize Pudo (via The Courier Guy) services. All deliveries are made directly to your door or selected PostNet unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon. Please note that deliveries are conducted only on working days and are not available on weekends.

Courier charges:
For orders under R1450, a courier fee of R95 will be added at checkout. For orders over R1450, you will enjoy free shipping!

If you wish to return an item, please note that you will be responsible for the courier fee to return the item to us. Alternatively, we offer collection services at a fee of R110, which must be arranged with us in advance.

Please be aware that if you are returning your order for a refund, the original R95 courier fee will not be refunded. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement garment.

Delivery of orders:
We kindly ask all clients to monitor the tracking information provided for their orders to ensure someone is available at the delivery address and reachable by phone. If delivery is unsuccessful, it is the client's responsibility to contact the courier directly to arrange a convenient re-delivery. Please make sure to liaise with the courier promptly to avoid any further delays.

Timeframe of deliveries:
We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, with some regional areas requiring up to 4–5 business days.

Orders placed before 12 PM, Monday to Friday, are usually shipped on the same day, and we process shipments five days a week during business hours.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or local public holidays, and delivery times may be influenced by public holiday schedules or unforeseen courier delays.

While we do our best to ensure prompt dispatch, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package has left our hands.

Overnight Delivery – Important Information:
We do offer an overnight delivery option, but please note that our location is classified as a regional area, which may affect delivery times.

Even if you've selected overnight shipping, next-day delivery is not guaranteed. Deliveries may take 1–3 working days, depending on courier logistics and regional processing times.

Cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 12 PM (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
