Colour variations:
Please be aware that the colours of items displayed on our website may vary due to the settings and capabilities of your viewing device. Additionally, products may have been photographed in natural daylight, which can further affect the appearance of the colour. As a result, the actual colour of the item you receive may appear lighter or darker than what is shown online. We strive to provide accurate representations, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will reflect the true colour of the product

Choosing your correct size:
Please note that all our items come in a free size (meaning, we only have one size option unless stated otherwise). After receiving each item, we provide guidance on which body sizes the item is suitable for. It is the customer's responsibility to review this information carefully before completing their order. We recommend reaching out to us with any sizing questions prior to purchase, as we cannot guarantee fit

Abandoned checkouts:
Please note that placing items in your cart does not reserve them. Until your order and payment is completed, the items remain available to other customers, and one or more of your selected items may sell out and become unavailable before the checkout process is finalized.

Payment options
We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience, including:

  • PayFast
  • PayFlex
  • Direct bank deposits (EFT)

Please note, if you choose the bank deposit option, you are required to send proof of payment (POP) within 24 hours. Failure to provide POP within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your order and the release of items from your cart.

Courier partners used for shipping:
For your convenience, we primarily use The Courier Guy for our delivery needs. Occasionally, we may also utilize Pudo services. All deliveries are made directly to your door unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon. Please note that deliveries are conducted only on working days and are not available on weekends.

Courier charges:
For orders under R1500, a courier fee of R95 will be added at checkout. For orders over R1500, you will enjoy free shipping!

If you wish to return an item, please note that you will be responsible for the courier fee to return the item to us. Alternatively, we offer collection services at a fee of R110, which must be arranged with us in advance.

Please be aware that if you are returning your order for a refund, the original R95 courier fee will not be refunded. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement garment.

Delivery of orders:
We kindly ask all clients to monitor the tracking information provided for their orders to ensure someone is available at the delivery address and reachable by phone. If delivery is unsuccessful, it is the client's responsibility to contact the courier directly to arrange a convenient re-delivery. Please make sure to liaise with the courier promptly to avoid any further delays.

Timeframe of deliveries:
We strive to deliver your order as swiftly as possible. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days, with regional areas requiring up to 4-5 business days. We process and prepare shipments five days a week during business hours. Orders placed before 1 PM, Monday to Friday, are shipped on the same day. Please note that packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends or local public holidays, and delivery times may be affected by public holidays.

Incorrect or defective items:
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused if you receive an incorrect or defective item. We understand that mistakes can happen, as we are only human. If you encounter this issue, please inform us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the courier to collect the item and promptly dispatch a replacement to you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in these matters.

Return of items:
We accept returns for change of mind or incorrect fit within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. The item must be returned in a condition that allows us to resell it.

If you are out of the country at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to make arrangements for the return within the 14-day window. We recommend having someone handle the return on your behalf or contacting us to discuss your options in advance.
