Returns & Exchanges 2024
Return of items:
We accept returns for change of mind or incorrect fit within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. The item must be returned in a condition that allows us to resell it.
If you are out of the country at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to make arrangements for the return within the 14-day window. We recommend having someone handle the return on your behalf or contacting us to discuss your options in advance.

Incorrect or defective items:
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused if you receive an incorrect or defective item. We understand that mistakes can happen, as we are only human. If you encounter this issue, please inform us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the courier to collect the item and promptly dispatch a replacement to you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in these matters.
Courier charges:
If you wish to return an item, please note that you will be responsible for the courier fee to return the item to us. Alternatively, we offer collection services at a fee of R110, which must be arranged with us in advance.
Please be aware that if you are returning your order for a refund, the original R95 courier fee will not be refunded. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement garment.
