Returns Policy

It’s perfectly OK to change your mind!

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags still attached.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may unfortunately not be accepted.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for your order.
For payments made via bank deposit, an EFT will be processed once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s) and they have passed our quality checks.

Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item, please let us know which size or style you’d like instead.
If you prefer, we can also issue a store credit (gift card), which can be used toward any future purchase.

Please send us an email to info@thehipshop.co.za or Whatsapp us at 072 191 6217 to inform us of your exchange/refund.
Include your name and details in the returning parcel.

Who pays for the shipping when I return/exchange an item?
You are liable to cover shipping costs for any returns/exchanges. 

My item is defective
We are truly sorry that you’ve received a faulty item.

We will refund you for the item as well as return shipping costs.
