How long do deliveries take?
Once shipped, our usual delivery time is within 2 - 3 business days.
Orders are processed and packed for shipping 7 days a week during trading hours.
Orders placed before 2pm on Mondays to Fridays are shipped out the same day.
Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays. Public holidays may affect delivery times.
What courier company do you use?
Aramex and PostNet if requested.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive your tracking number with your shipping confirmation email.

We deliver anywhere in South Africa & Namibia.
What are the Shipping fees?
Our shipping fee is R69 nationwide. Shipping is FREE for all orders over R1000.
Namibia: R449 door-to-door.
Where do you ship from?
We ship out of our Store in Jeffreys Bay, South Africa.
We have a 14-day refund/exchange policy.
Items returned must be unworn with tags still in place.
For refunds, an EFT will be made to your account after we have received your returned item/s.
For exchanges, we will issue you with store credits, which can be redeemed with future purchases, once we have received your returned item/s.

You are liable to cover shipping costs for any returns/exchanges.
